I’m Rachel.
“I’m a single mum of four. I’m not coaching from theory - I’ve lived the overwhelm, the survival mode, and the slow work of rebuilding. Everything I share, I’ve experienced. ”
I help women who are exhausted, stretched thin, and feeling disconnected under the weight of constant expectations - the pressure to keep up, to do more, to be everything. Women who’ve lost touch with what they really want. I know how that feels, because I’ve been there myself.
For years I carried everything. The household, the children, the work, the mental load… all of it. I became hard where I used to be soft. A doer, always rushing, permanently in survival mode without even realising I was in it. I was holding it all together and quietly losing myself underneath it.
I came through a separation and a set of circumstances I wouldn’t wish on anyone and rebuilt my life from the ground up; on my own with four young children, with nothing about it guaranteed. And the thing that changed everything wasn’t doing more. It was the opposite. It was stripping back the noise, the performance, the constant pushing, and slowly uncovering a version of myself I’m not sure I’d ever actually met.
What I found there was a calmer home. A clearer mind. Room to feel things again. A life that’s richer not because I added to it, but because I came back to what was real underneath it all.
Alongside what I’ve lived, I’ve spent over twelve years in learning and development and professional coaching. I’m an accredited Emotional Capital coach - emotional intelligence is at the heart of everything I do - and certified in workplace behavioural and communication styles. But honestly, the training matters less than this: I’ve been where you are. I know how heavy it can feel, and I also know it doesn’t have to stay that way.
Change isn’t quick or easy, but it is very real and very possible, and you don’t have to find your way there alone. My goal is to be your anchor while you do the work, until you feel it for yourself.
